The Hydroformed Difference in Precision Bellow Technology

CTA Company's proprietary hydroformed technology is the most innovative process in forming Precision Bellow. Beginning with a high-quality strip of stainless steel, the process begins by
stretch the plate to a thin-walled tube.  The tube is then through a process using water (much cleaner than standard lubrication processes), the tube is corrugated hydraulically.
Benefits of hydroforming are: Uniform wall thickness Precise O.D. and I.D.
