Design Capabilities and Engineering

CTA uses the latest design software such as 3D modeling CAD system according to the EJMA to analyze the performance of the bellow element and supporting hardware. Manufacturing and Quality Assurance

The manufacture of CTA Company expansion joints incorporate the forming and welding machine with computer aided tooling to produce components faster, at a low cost, superior quality and reliable expansion joints. CTA Company manufacture a wide variety of expansion joints and piping assemblies from DN5mm to DN10,000mm, and the temperatures range from 160℃ to 900℃. Pressures for these designs range from full vacuum to130 Mpa. Single-Ply, Multi-Ply, Inner Sleeve, Tie Rod and Control Ring are also be supplied.

And before delivery lots of test will be done to the products which including Fatigue Life Test , Spring Rate Test, Hydraulic Pressure Test, Gas Tightness Test, or Sulfur Hexafluoride Test methods, as well as Helium Mass Spectrometry and Radiography.
